The "This is the End" show is coming on fast, March 6th the show opens. I am still working on my painting for the show, I just want to make sure that I am not submitting garbage to a show that will be filled with amazing art from artists I respect. I also have to give a lecture at my college. They have this "school day" where all the dept's show off their goods and a few of the art history profs want me to give a lecture on "Lowbrow/Pop Surrealism" art. Should be fun, and informative to many of the students and teachers that have a hard recognizing the scenes existence.

Well, the school I am going to isn't very helpful. They seem to be doing more harm to the students than good. In an effort to keep my voice in my art I think I have stumbled onto some new ways of doing things, and a possible direction for my own work. I have a whole mess of ideas, ideas that could technically work out to be long series of works. I think this will be good as it gives me something to work towards and it is also a variety of ideas to keep me interested. I can just move back and forth between series to keep the fire burning.

Well, it's Halloween soon. My favorite time of the year. Granted it isn't as cool as when I was a kid. Pillow case full of candy, killer costumes, no worry of sketchy weirdos out to do harm and sicko shenanigans. Anyway, I have been drawing and painting like mad. I have so much to work on, along with websites I still have to make, articles I have to write and the Creep Machine to still keep running. I need some clones, well maybe just one clone.
